Business & Group Cooperation

Partner with ChinaTravelPlus for Corporate Travel, Events and Group Programmes in China

ChinaTravelPlus is a China-based ground operator that works with overseas travel agencies, corporate event organisers, brands and domestic suppliers. We handle the China side of a programme end to end: private transport, hotels, restaurants, tickets, performances, interpreters and on-the-day coordination. If you have a group that needs to arrive in China and be looked after on the ground, that is the work we do.

  • Operations in China, clients worldwide
  • Written proposal and quotation within 48 hours
  • English and Chinese coordination on the ground

Who We Work With

Overseas agencies and DMCs

Tour operators, destination management companies and specialist agencies that sell China but need a reliable local partner for delivery, net rates and on-the-ground problem solving.

Corporate and MICE organisers

Companies and event agencies running incentive trips, dealer conferences, product launches, delegation visits and exhibition attendance in China, including Canton Fair periods.

Restaurants, venues and performers

Chinese restaurants, banquet halls, theatres and performance troupes looking for steady inbound and corporate group bookings through an established operator.

Transport and hotel suppliers

Coach operators, transfer companies and hotels able to serve foreign groups, including halal catering, prayer facilities and English-speaking reception.

What We Arrange

We build the China programme around your brief. Most requests fall into the following services, and they can be combined into a single itinerary or booked as separate elements.

  • Business receptions and banquets, including Chinese-style performances: private dining rooms, set or a la carte menus, a guofeng performance slot during the meal, and bilingual hosting.
  • Incentive and team trips for groups from ten to several hundred, with activities, awards dinners and city programmes.
  • Delegation and factory-visit programmes, including meeting rooms, interpreters and industry-specific site visits.
  • Exhibition and conference support during Canton Fair and other major trade events: hotels, transfers, stand staffing support, nightly group dinners.
  • Cultural experience programmes: Peking opera, face-changing, tea ceremony, craft workshops, calligraphy and museum-guided days.
  • Transport and logistics: private coaches and cars, airport and high-speed rail transfers, luggage handling between cities.
  • Interpretation and bilingual coordination: English-speaking guides and a single coordinator who stays with the group.
  • Halal and dietary arrangements, including certified restaurants and prayer facilities where required.

How We Cooperate

Referral and commission

You introduce a client, we quote and deliver, and you keep an agreed margin or commission. Suitable when the client relationship stays with you.

Net rates for agencies

Confidential wholesale pricing for repeat partners, so you present the programme under your own brand and pricing.

Full ground handling

We act as your China office: itinerary design, bookings, on-the-day coordination and reporting, under your client's name or ours.

Supplier partnership

For restaurants, venues, performers, coaches and hotels: a route to inbound corporate and group business without building your own sales channel.

A Recent Brief

An overseas company hosting a business reception in China needed more than a restaurant booking. We arranged a private dinner in a Chinese-style performance restaurant: a guofeng programme performed during the meal, a menu agreed in advance with the client, seating and staging arranged for a mixed delegation, and a bilingual coordinator present from arrival to departure. The result was a single evening that carried both the business purpose and a sense of place, without the client having to manage suppliers in a language they did not speak.

Every brief is quoted individually. Send the date, city, group size and the occasion, and we will come back with options and costs.

How a Booking Runs

  1. 1. Brief

You send the essentials: dates, cities, group size, budget level and the purpose of the trip. A short call or email is enough to start.

  2. 2. Proposal

Within 48 hours we return an itinerary with options, an itemised quotation and the practical notes that matter, such as booking deadlines for museums or performances.

  3. 3. Confirmation

We confirm suppliers against a deposit, issue the final programme and handle the paperwork, including passports and permit requirements where they apply.

  4. 4. Delivery

On the day, a single coordinator runs the programme with the guides and drivers. You get one point of contact and a written summary afterwards.

Why Partners Work With Us

  • Local resources, not resold inventory: our own vehicle fleet in key cities and contracted hotels, so pricing and quality stay under control.
  • One contact throughout: the same coordinator handles the quotation, the bookings and the day itself.
  • Bilingual by default: English-speaking guides and Chinese operations, which is what makes suppliers respond.
  • Comfortable with requirements: halal catering, dietary restrictions, accessibility and mixed-nationality groups.
  • Transparent pricing: itemised quotations with what is included and what is not, so you can present them onward.

Questions Partners Ask

Do you work with overseas agencies outside China?

Yes. Most of our cooperation is with overseas agencies, DMCs and event organisers who sell China to their own clients. We can quote net, stay invisible to the end client, or be introduced as the local partner, depending on how you prefer to work.

Can you handle halal, vegetarian and other dietary requirements?

Yes. We arrange certified halal restaurants, prayer facilities where needed, and vegetarian or allergy-aware menus. These are confirmed in advance in writing, not on the day.

How quickly can you quote?

Within 48 hours for a standard brief with dates, cities and group size. Complex programmes involving venues, performances or exhibition periods may need a little longer because supplier availability has to be checked first.

What is the minimum group size?

There is no fixed minimum: we handle private parties of two as well as groups of several hundred. Pricing structure changes with size, so tell us the number and we will quote accordingly.

Can you arrange a dinner with a Chinese performance?

Yes, and it is one of our most requested formats for corporate receptions. We match the performance to the occasion, the room and the audience, from a short traditional music and dance set to a full guofeng programme, and coordinate staging, timing and translation.

Send Us a Brief

Tell us the dates, the cities and the size of the group, and what the trip is for. If you are a supplier inside China, tell us what you offer and the areas you cover.
