A Real Trip, Happening Right Now: Beijing · Changsha · Xi'an
It started with a conversation, not a sales pitch. From Dubai, this traveller wanted Beijing's old city, Changsha's food and Xi'an's history — at his own pace, without a checklist. Arrival night, handled before he landed. He touched down at Beijing Capital around 22:00 — the route from the airport to his hotel was already waiting in his chat. He walked out of the terminal and followed it straight to the door.
Next day, the city opened up. He messaged from near the Forbidden City asking where to go — we steered him to the Shenwu Gate entrance, and he found a local noodle restaurant (Da Hai Wan) on the way. “Ok this worked. I will go here. Thank you Sam.” He wandered the old city on his own terms — never once lost.
On the train to Xi'an, he checked his ticket — "Xi'an East"? We confirmed the stop, the weather (30°C and sunny), and where to head for dinner. That evening he messaged about his dinner — “I ordered a little too much by accident but it was delicious!” — comparing the bread topping to Arabic zaatar and tracing the connection to the Silk Road.
In Changsha, the route was ready before he arrived. At Changsha South we'd already sent the Metro Line 2 instructions — 7 stops, exit 6, straight to his hotel. His evenings went to Snack Kingdom, and he kept us posted on the food, the sudden Liqiu temperature drop, and videos from the trip.

Changes, Cancellations and What Happens When Plans Move
Dates shift, a city gets dropped, a train sells out. The important part is that the process is written down and nothing moves without your approval.
- Nothing is booked before you approve the route. You see the plan, you comment, we revise it.
- Every change is explained before it happens, including what a supplier can and cannot reverse.
